1、手机关机后同时按住音量上键以及电源键3到4秒到手机出现vivo手机标志；

2、放开按键进入recovery模式；

3、选择wipe data,等待页面跳转后选择wipe cache patition；

4、选择reboot system now后立即重启手机即可。
